Everfetch Shipping Policy

Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on your location, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Delivery Areas
We currently ship within New Zealand. If you require delivery outside of New Zealand, please contact us at contact@everfetch.nz before placing your order to confirm availability and shipping rates.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if tracking is available for your selected shipping method).

Delays and Carrier Issues
While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, Everfetch is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is transferred to the shipping carrier. Please check your delivery details carefully before placing an order.

Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@everfetch.nz with your order number and photos where applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
