Our refund promise

We want you and your pup to love Everfetch. If something’s not right with your order, we’ll fix it.

Because our supplements are consumable, we can’t take returns - but if your order arrives damaged, the wrong product is sent, or there’s a quality issue, we’ll refund or replace it (no need to send it back).

Just email us at refund@everfetch.nz within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a quick note, and a photo if you can. We’ll sort it out fast.
